Retired Officer Announces Race for Rapides Sheriff

He’s 58-year-old Roy Bubba James Junior, who was recently with the U.S. Marshals Service. He’s also worked for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, Bureau of Prisons, RPSO, and the Boyce police department.
