The Summer Reading Program entertainment lineup hosts the week of July 6 through July 10 with American and International STOMP percussionist, Elizabeth Vidos, also known as “Lady Chops”.

Traveling the week of July 6 through July 10, Elizabeth Vidos, former rhythm performer of the International and American performance group STOMP will be performing through the Rapides Parish Library system as part of the scheduled entertainment made possible through a grant from the Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of Cultural Development, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism in Cooperation with the Louisiana State Arts Council as administered by the Arts Council of Central Louisiana.

Vidos, has an impressive resume of performances on the international and American stage ranging from musical performances in Rome, Italy to teaching life skills and team-building concepts abroad and in the United States.

Currently Vidos is an Outdoor Wilderness Learning Facilitator at the Louisiana United Methodist Children’s Home in Ruston, Louisiana and continues as a music performance artist in a variety of percussion and rhythmic programs.
