Alexandria, Louisiana — The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) will bring many changes to the healthcare system this year. In order to educate the public on the PPACA, Louisiana Healthcare Education Coalition (LHEC) representative Wesley Watkins will be speaking at the Main Library on October 3 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.
