Tina and Ricky Richoux were arrested. Deputies say the woman is the former wife of the victim, and the man is her new husband.
The two are accused of stealing items from the man’s home in the Stubblefield Road area of Deville.
Deputies say the victim died the day before in a motorcycle accident.
