Pineville Welcomes American Specialty Alloys
The City of Pineville officially welcomes American Specialty Alloys to the area today. Hundreds of people showed up as the company’s chief executive officer introduced himself and some of the other people behind the company.
It’s a .4 billion project that’s bringing in nearly 1400 jobs. Roger Boggs says they are glad they settled in Pineville.
The company is moving here from Mississippi. The state was selected from a group of four other contenders. The first round of construction is said to be finished in 18 months.
