Pineville Man Returns to Jail for Life for Child Rape

Tony Pennywell served 18 years in a North Carolina prison for killing his wife.  He moved here and was arrested and tried for several sex charges, including rape.  A judge here sentenced him to a total of two life terms, plus 100 years.
