Pineville Man Booked for Issuing Worthless Checks
Press Release – On January 15th , 2015, the RPSO Criminal Investigation Division arrested Jack David Doty, 47, of Pineville, LA for 1 count Theft $750-$5000 and on a Caddo Parish warrant for Issuing Worthless Checks over $500.
The complainant contacted Detectives in early January 2015 and stated he had not recovered $4000.00 he was owed, despite many attempts. Detectives investigated the complaint and sufficient probable cause was found for an arrest warrant.
Doty was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center. His bond was set at $5000 for the theft and $1000 for the Caddo Parish warrant. Doty has since been released on bond.
