Pineville Man Arrested for Sexual Conduct with a Juvenile
Press Release – On July 28th, 2017, deputies took a complaint of an incident of criminal sexual conduct that occurred in the Tioga area. The complainant reported to have received information that Louie Von Cole, 37, of Pineville, had allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a juvenile on different occasions. The initial report was taken and the case was turned over to detectives from the Tioga Sub-station for further investigation.
During their investigation, detectives were able to establish sufficient probable cause that supported the initial allegations and a warrant was obtained for Cole’s arrest for Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile.
On August 23rd, Cole was located and placed under arrest in reference to the active warrant and an active contempt of court warrant. Cole was booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center on both charges and remains in jail on a $5,000.00 bond for the carnal knowledge charge and a hold without bond on the contempt of court charge.
