Overturned Kayak in Red River Causes Scare

It turned out there was no emergency.
It started when a passerby saw an overturned kayak in the Red River. That drew officials from Pineville, Alexandria and the Rapides Sheriff’s Office.
They eventually learned the kayaker got out of the water safely.
