NWTF Cenla Fantails Fundraising Banquet

On behalf of the Cenla Fantails Chapter of the NWTF we’d like to invite your support through cash contributions, table or individual ticket purchase, product or service donations, or your volunteer support on our Committee.

The NWTF is a national non-profit 501©3 conservation organization that has helped to return the wild turkey to our nation and now places much focus on saving habitat and our hunting heritage though youth, women, and disabled persons education and opportunities. Our Louisiana State Super Fund program has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars on habitat projects, educational, and participation opportunities right here in Louisiana. These funds are raised by volunteers at our NWTF Hunting Heritage banquets just like the one we’re hosting on Thursday – March 6, 2014 at the Alexandria Convention Hall located at 915 3rd Street – Alexandria.

This year we’re honored to have national calling champion Preston Pittman joining us as our guest of honor. Preston has won numerous state and national calling championships, Champion of Champions calling events, and is one of the world’s best gobbling champions. Preston has appeared on Jay Leno & David Letterman TV shows as well as many other state and nationals stages. Preston’s showmanship will keep you laughing and his calling skills will keep you amazed!

Our Cenla Fantails Committee is committed to pre-selling our tables and tickets this year in order to gain an accurate assessment of our dinner preparations.  Dinner this year will consist of a beef tenderloin steak, green beans, spiced cream potatoes, and salad. It is critical for our food order to have an accurate pre-count based on our ticket sales. In order to reserve your steak dinner please purchase your ticket(s) in advance. At the door tickets sales will not be guaranteed dinner but are welcome to attend.

Early ticket sales will also allow our Committee the latitude to order additional guns for our banquet. This year we have a Franchi 48AL 28 gauge for our 2014 Gun of the Year. We also have a Marlin X-7 bolt action .243, Mossberg 715T Semi Auto 22LR with Scope, Ruger American 7mm-08, Taurus TCP .380 pistol, Winchester, SXP 28” 12 Gauge, and other guns in our raffles. Your early purchase of tickets will help us in determining if we’ll have the attendance to support additional gun purchases.

Cost of Tickets:
Sponsor Table = 0 (Includes 1 sponsor membership & 7 regular memberships) The Sponsor receives a gift from NWTF, is entered into a “Sponsor Only” gun drawing at the banquet, is able to purchase additional amounts of spring & fall seed through the NWTF Seed Subsidy Program, and has reserved up front seating at the banquet.
