NSU Summer Theatre to perform “Nunsense”

“Nunsense” tells the story of a fundraiser put on by the Little Sisters of Hoboken to raise money to bury sisters accidently poisoned by the convent cook Sister Julia. The show has updated with new jokes, additional lyrics, two new arrangements and a brand new song.
Michael Rorex will be the director/musical director and Pia Wyatt is the choreographer.
The cast is Kathleen Kerner of Covington as Sister Mary Leo, Hannah Williams of Baton Rouge as Sister Robert Anne, Hannah Hays of Baton Rouge as Mother Mary Regina, Hally Lambert of St. Amant as Sister Mary Amnesia and Alisha Munds of Shreveport as Sister Mary Hubert. Tyler Price of New Orleans is the stage manager and Michael Carrier of Lafayette and Catherine Mahan of Gonzales are assistant stage managers.
