Alexandria, La. – How does a small delicatessen grow into a multi-million dollar business? Central Louisiana entrepreneurs and small business owners are about to find out, as the Business Acceleration System (BAS) presents Sharing Zingerman’s Unique Approach to Business on October 15th at the Hearn Stage Kress Theater in Alexandria.
This FREE workshop will be divided into two sessions:
Marketing Secret (9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m) Weinzweig will share Zingerman’s philosophy of “speak loudly and often and wear your heart on your sleeve.” Additional topics will include market differentiation, marketing, merchandising, some laugh-out-loud moments and keys to create an engaging culture of success.
Leading with Zing! (1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.) explores best business practices from the “front lines” that effectively serve bottom-line performance. Attendees will also learn how to implement and sustain efficient change in their organizations.
