The Ethics Board challenged Ralph Wilson’s candidacy, because he owes around 15 hundred for late reports. However, the trial court and the court of appeals ruled in Wilson’s favor, letting him stay on the ballot. They say they money he owes is not enough to keep him from running for re-election.
