Natchitoches Principal Arrested for Battery

64-year-old Hugo Vogel of Goldonna works at the Frankie Ray Jackson Senior Technical Center.

Natchitoches police say he’s accused of battery by hitting a female teacher on her buttocks.

This is the same school where the principal was arrested a few weeks ago for battery on a student.
