Natchitoches NSU Folk Fest Welcomes Geno Delafose
class=”alignleft size-full wp-image-30220″ style=”margin: 4px;” alt=”GenoDelafose” src=”http://klax-tv.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/GenoDelafose.jpg” width=”250″ height=”243″ />One of Louisiana’s favorite musicians will be the honorary chair for the 34th Natchitoches NSU Folk Festival later this month.
Geno Delafose is known for his band French Rockin’ Boogie. He combines traditional dance music with a lot of energy to create a style all his own.
The festival is July 19th and 20th in Prather Coliseum on the NSU campus. The theme this year is celebrating Louisiana’s horse and cattle culture.
