Narcotics Arrest

May 10, 2013 – On Monday, Alexandria Police arrested 22-year-old Thomas Holt, Jr. of Alexandria on drug charges.

APD officers were patrolling in the area of Ball Powell and Kelly Streets at approximately 6:06 p.m. when they spotted Holt. Having knowledge that Holt had an outstanding warrant for his arrest through the Alexandria City Court; officers stopped and detained Holt without incident.

During arrest procedures, Holt was found to have in his possession suspected Marijuana and a Xanax pill.

Holt was transported to the Rapides Parish Detention Center and booked on the above charges as well as City Court charge for Probation Violation.
