More Local Soldiers Home with Their Families Today
More soldiers are back home with their families today. More members of the Louisiana National Guard 844th Engineer Company returned last night. They’re coming in from Kuwait where they’ve been a support group for Operation Enduring Freedom.
Soldiers have been arriving all over the state, ending their mission abroad.
Families and friends were there to welcome the group back home.
The 844th is headquartered in Pineville.
