Man Wins Major Pre-Trial Contest in Federal Court
A man accused of trying to blow up his wife in Catahoula parish wins a major pre-trial contest in federal court. The federal judge is throwing out statements he made to federal law enforcement agents last year.
However, Bill Womack’s lawyer, Mike Small, will be appealing another key ruling on throwing out evidence obtained at the scene in Jonesville.
