Man Re-Arrested for Harassing Victim

He’s 41-year-old Nathan Leroy Babb Senior formerly of Oregon.
After his release, detectives received complaints from the victims’ family. He’s been re-arrested on violation of a protective order, intimidating witnesses, obstruction of justice, and criminal conspiracy.
He cannot be released back on bond until there’s a court hearing, which is set for today.
