LSUA Cavanaugh Lectures

Billy Fontenot, editor of The Louisiana Review, an art and literature journal focusing on Louisiana and Gulf Coast authors and artists, will read his short story “Coffee Milk” to conclude the 2013-2014 series of LSUA Cavanaugh lectures. He will appear at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 1 at the Alexandria Museum of Art.  The reading is free and open to the public.

An Associate Professor of English at Louisiana State University Eunice, Billy teaches American literature and writes fiction set in Louisiana.  Previous publications include stories in Transformation, Valley Voices, Writers’ Forum, The Southwestern Review, and The LACC Journal.
