Local Watermelons Now Available in Washington Parish

The summertime heat is upon us, and one way to cool off is with a cool, sweet watermelon.

Washington Parish is known for having some of the best and LSU AgCenter Correspondent Craig Gautreaux says now is a good time to enjoy one.

Washington Parish watermelons can be found now until around Labor Day.
