Local Author to Read at Storytime

HannahTutuHannah loves to play soccer, but she never leaves the house without wearing her lucky tutu! When a new neighbor moves in down the street, Hannah experiences bullying and must find a way to keep her head up through it all. The book, Hannah and her Tutu, was written by Pam Keith, a former teacher. Ms. Keith will read the book during Storytime at Gunter Branch Library at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2013.

Pam Keith has written curriculum and magazine articles for LifeWay Christian Resources and other publishers as well as having led conferences for preschool and elementary teachers. She and her husband Sean have two adopted daughters, Leslie and Mei Mei.

Pam said both of her daughters have experiencing bullying, and dealing with the struggle is not an easy task. “I hope this book Hannah and Her Tutu gives hope for children facing a bully and helps those children see that there are solutions.”
