LifeShare to Hold Annual Mash Bash

LifeShare Blood Centers will hold the annual MASH BASH Blood Drive on July 30, 31, and Aug 1. The public is asked to help reach the goal of 300 blood donations during the blood drive to help with the currently low blood supply.

“It is vital that we see increased donors this week to bring the blood supply back to a stable level for our community. Patients use blood every day. The biggest reason is treatment for cancer, but there are several other reasons patients need blood to truly save their life. Yet, the only source is volunteer blood donors,” says Tina Hooper, spokesperson for LifeShare Blood Centers.
