Kiwanis Hears from Juvenile Justice Expert

Decades ago, parents worried if their children were hanging out at pool halls.

Times have indeed changed and a juvenile justice expert in our area Newmon Bobb, describes the problems parents and law enforcement now face.

He and another court officer today spoke to the Alexandria Kiwanis Club.
