Kisatchie Delta Director Speaks at Rotary

Heather Urena is the executive director of Kisatchie Delta Regional Planning and Development District, which was created in 1967 by state government and formed by local government, serving eight parishes in Central Louisiana. Yesterday, she spoke a little about Kisatchie Delta’s story.

Kisatchie Delta’s role is to work with communities, primarily on infrastructure by looking for state or federal resources.
