Jindal to Appeal Ruling on Teacher Tenure Law

class=” wp-image-1115 alignleft” style=”margin: 2px 4px;” alt=”Governor Bobby Jindal ” src=”http://klax-tv.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/Jindal-Speaks.jpg” width=”256″ height=”192″ />Louisiana’s governor says he’ll again appeal a ruling that declares his teacher tenure law unconstitutional.  The Baton Rouge judge today says the law as written encompasses too many issues.

Meanwhile, the Governor is about to head out of town to Asia.  Today he announced a forthcoming trade mission to Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.

And on a political note, former presidential hopeful John McCain mentioned Jindal as a candidate he likes for the 2016 race.
