Jekyll & Hyde Musical Features Steampunk approach to Costumes

Just in time for Halloween, Pineville High students are staging the musical “Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde”.

We sat through one of their final rehearsals before they open tomorrow night. It’s all about murder and chaos in this gothic story based on the well-known work of Robert Louis Stevenson.

Also, the theater will feature a steam punk approach to costumes, which means the art production centers on an alternate world where steam power is the primary source of energy.
