Homeless Man Arrested for Marijuana, Non-Support
A 39-year-old homeless man is arrested by Alexandria police for a third offense possession of marijuana.
Police found James Davis in the 600 of block of North Bolton yesterday. Police say he had a moderate amount of weed on him. They also discovered Davis is wanted by the 9th Judicial District Court for non-support. A non-support warrant is issued for failure to appear in Family Court in relation to non-payment of child support.
This is his 49th booking into the jail.
