Grant Deputies Cancel Abduction Alert After Child Found Safe

Grant Parish deputies were able to cancel an abduction alert over the weekend, after a missing child was safely found. The incident started Friday afternoon in Montgomery and involved the non-custodial father of an 11-year-old boy.

Grant authorities sent an update late Friday night that the child was no longer missing. There was no indication of an arrest.
