Gov. Jindal in CenLA to Announce Hayes Manufacturing Expansion
Governor Bobby Jindal is back in Central Louisiana for an economic development announcement.
Actually, it’s an expansion of an existing business. The governor announced the Hayes Companies will invest around three million dollars to expand its manufacturing facility in Pineville. This will create 75 new jobs with an average salary of more than 45 thousand a year.
The 60-thousand-square-foot expansion will provide more space for metal fabrication for Hayes Manufacturing. That’s one of three divisions of the Hayes companies. The investment also will meet the demands of some of the company’s largest clients–like Union Tank Car.
CEO James Hayes Junior appeared with the Governor to make the announcement.
