Go Red for Women Month Aims to Reduce Heart Disease

It’s Go Red for Women Month and today the Rotary Club of Alexandria had a special speaker who is an expert in the field. Doctor Robert Freedman is the founding and managing partner of Freedman Memorial Cardiology here in Alexandria where he practices interventional cardiology.

We asked him to share some common misconceptions among women regarding heart disease.

Doctor Freedman also spoke to the club about preventative methods to ensure heart health and what developments are being made in the medical field concerning heart health.
