May 10, 2013 – Alexandria police have added another suspect to the theft of utility trailers in Alexandria. He’s 50-year-old Justin Walters of Elmer. They had already arrested a Glenmora woman in the case. He’s charged with 4 counts of possession of stolen goods.
May 10, 2013 – On Monday, Alexandria Police arrested 53-year-old Cathy Walters of Glenmora. She is charged with 2cts – Ill Possession of Stolen Goods over $1500 and 2cts – Ill Possession of Stolen Goods under $500.00.
On April 30th, RPSO Detectives executed a search warrant in the Glenmora Area that resulted in finding several stolen items to include utility trailers that were reported stolen from Alexandria.
APD Detectives were notified and responded to the location. As a result of their investigation, detectives were able to confirm at least two of the utility trailers along with two license plates, were reported stolen from Alexandria during the past several months.
Cathy Walters was charged with Possession of Stolen Goods in connection with the above incident and transported to the Rapides Parish Detention Center for booking.
The investigation is ongoing and no other details are available for release.
