Garden District Contest Underway

Homeowners have been busy all weekend hanging their wreaths and setting up their outdoor lights.
It’s the first year for the decoration contest in the historic garden district and homeowners paid a small fee to enter the event. There are several divisions, including one called “The Griswold” after the holiday movie “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation”.
