FREE Sno-Cones at the Pelican State CU Sno-Shack Takeover!

MacArthur Drive from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2014.
The drive-thru Sno-Shack is locally owned and operated by Doug and Tami Oliver. It is located at 2960 S. MacArthur Drive across from Academy and Hana Japanese Steakhouse.
Pelican representatives will be on hand greeting guests and giving everyone in each vehicle a ticket for a free 17 ounce sno-cone. Guests will be able to choose the flavor of their sno-cone.
There’s no catch! You do not have to be a member of the credit union to get a free sno-cone and no purchase is necessary. Pelican only asks that you claim your one, free sno-cone in person.
The Sno-Shack Takeover is one of the many ways Pelican is giving back to its branch communities and encouraging consumers to bank local. Last year, the credit union gave away a combined total of $8,000 in gas to 400 residents in Shreveport and Baton Rouge.
Pelican’s Alexandria branch is located at 4520 Lee Street and has been part of the community for almost 5 years. Pelican members can benefit from free one-on-one credit counseling, a variety of convenient products and services and several opportunities to win cash and prizes throughout the year.
