Founders Day at LC
It’s Founders day at Louisiana College.
Each year this private Baptist school celebrates by presenting awards to friends of the school. The school has selected three men who are honored at the morning chapel on the school campus. They’re Joe Rickets, founder of TD Ameritrade, Jim Rickets, of Opportunity Education, and Doctor Amnon Gimpel, who specializes in treating ADHD patients.
The school was founded on October 3rd, 1906. The school sits on an 81-acre campus and is a liberal arts school with selected courses of study.
