Former Child Psychiatrist Gets 15 Years for Child Pornography

72-year-old Gary Jefferson Byrd was found guilty last fall for ordering 44 CD’s containing videos of child pornography. Byrd had also printed hundreds of images that were stored in files in his bedroom.
He has already served 10 years in prison for a 1992 conviction for child pornography possession.
