Fall Artwalk Returns Oct. 16th

artwalkIt’s that time of year again! Join the Arts Council of Central Louisiana for Fall ArtWalk on Friday, October 16th from 4 PM – 9 PM in the downtown Alexandria Cultural Arts District.

Fall ArtWalk features over 80 art, craft, and food vendors in a fun, family-friendly environment. A wide variety of items will be available, including stained glass, pottery, handmade jewelry, original paintings, crochet, hand-carved marble, quilting, and more.  Delicious food and drink will be available from 2 Reign Catering, O.L.S. Cookie Jar, Big Ace Burritos, Jack’s, and others.   Performances by SNAZZ, the Desert Jewels, the Cenla Brass Band, DV8, and many more will rock the Mini-Park Stage from 4 PM – 9 PM. In addition, the Alexandria Museum of Art will lead the beautiful “Be the Light” Luminary Procession at 7:30 PM.  Fall ArtWalk has something for everyone to enjoy!
