Cavanaugh Lecture Series

Dr. Zachary Wagner, an assistant professor and the director of debate for LSU of Alexandria, will close out LSUA’s Cavanaugh Lectures for fall 2017 on Tuesday, November 14 at 5:30pm at the Alexandria Museum of Art.

Wagner will present “Yeezus Walks: Finding Salvation in Kanye West’s Discography.”

Wagner earned his doctorate in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and studies presidential rhetoric and public argument, paying specific attention to the increasing dangers of partisanship. He has appeared on local television as a political commentator during recent elections.

His presentation at AMoA is free and open to the public.
