Early Voting
Early voting for a special election in House District 26 begins Saturday, February 7 and goes for seven days.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Sunday at the Rapides Registrar of Voters Office to fill the unexpired term of Herbert Dixon.
House District 26 covers portions of Alexandria and Pineville, and is to be decided February 21st.
Seeking the seat are Jeff Hall, Alice Red Hammond and Daniel Williams. A run-off, if needed, will be March 28th.
