Eagle Nest in Kisatchie To Be Viewable Online
The Kisatchie National Forest will soon have its eagle camera up and running for the public to view.
The eagles nest is located out by Kincaid Lake, however, it is not accessible by car. People will need to take the boat launch in order to view the eagles nest. Signs are provided along the trail.
The nest is about 110 feet up and rangers are still working on getting the footage up and running of the nest. If you would like to take a peak of the eagles nest, you can visit the Kisatchie National Forest website at www.FS.USDA.gov.
