Donations to Keep Grant Parish Sheriff’s K-9’s Safe

Press Release –  K-9’s of Valor recently chose the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office as a recipient of a donation of Naloxone for K9s.  With the increase of heroin and other drugs used with heroin, it is becoming more dangerous for the K9s as they work smelling for drugs.

Naloxone is used if the K9s were to ingest the drugs while they are working.  Corporal Donna Bryant , K9 Zeus, and Sheriff Steven McCain are shown with the donated items
