DNA Results Needed to ID Remains found in Mansura
Avoyelles officials say they’re waiting on forensic anthropologists to ID remains found Sunday near the railroad tracks in Mansura.
The bones were found by members of the family of Ray Paul Lachney, who went missing last July. However, detectives say they cannot confirm the ID until DNA is recovered.
