Deputy Registrars Visit Area Libraries

All week deputy registrars will be in Rapides Parish libraries to sign up voters.

It’s voter registration week in Louisiana and they want to make it easy for eligible voters to sign up, especially in time for the lengthy fall November ballots. Today they were at main, Gunter and Robertson in Tioga.

Deputies say it takes just a few minutes and an I.D. to become a registered voter.

Tomorrow, the registrars will be in Boyce, Pineville and LeCompte. Call the registrar of voters office for a list of where they’ll be this week. And, you can also register online by visiting GeauxVote.com.
