Crawfish Slowly Making Their Way to Area Restaurants

It’s been a slow start to the season, but finally more and more crawfish are making their way to area restaurants.

And we know the crowds aren’t far behind, but not everything we know about crawfish is actually true.  Allison Bourne-Vanneck has a few lessons for us.

McClain says he has the research to back it up, so maybe this is the crawfish season you give those dead ones a second chance.
