Concealed Carry Class to be Offered July 15 and 17

Individuals interested in applying for or renewing their permit to carry a concealed weapon can meet the requirements for the permit through a short course offered by LSU Alexandria’s Continuing Education.

The course will be held from 5:45 p.m. until 9:15 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday, July 15 and 17.  The range day will be July 20 or 21.

The course is taught by a POST-certified instructor and is approved by the Department of Public Safety.  The cost of the course is 0.  Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
