39-year old Michael Wallace Proveaux is charged with running a meth operation. Deputies arrested him Thursday.
Rapides Parish Detectives received information from the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office that Proveaux was manufacturing methamphetamine at his home, again. Detectives were familiar with Proveaux after arresting him in January for manufacturing meth.
Officers went to his home at 601 Pearce Road in Pineville; Proveaux exited the home and dumped the remains of (2) pill washes into a fire in front of deputies.
Detectives explained the complaint to Proveaux and with his permission, searched the residence. Officers located numerous items used in the manufacture of meth.
Proveaux was arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center where he is being held on a $10,000 bond. He is charged with Creation/Operation of a Clandestine Lab
