Scott was advised of his Miranda rights and gave written consent to search the residence. Just inside the front door, capsule deputies located an illegal length shotgun. Deputies located 36 varying size bags of marijuana. Scott and Schweyher were taken into custody without incident and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center. Schweyher was released on a $5,000.00 bond. Scott is being held on a $10,000.00 bond.
“When we get complaints from our citizens anywhere in the parish, we will investigate. We appreciate the communities involvement in helping us with these narcotics complaints” said Major Kris Cloessner, Metro Division Commander.
