KLAX uses state-of-the-art technology to create an effective television commercial that gets noticed and gets results for your business. Our commercials look better because they are better, that’s why they work so well.
KLAX offers several different types of commercials to suit your needs. The following are steps involved in the creation of your commercial. Give us a call at (318) 473-0031 and we would be happy to discuss your production.
KLAX uses a Sony NXCam for video acquisition.
We are fully staffed with three non-linear editing suites utilizing the latest Abobe Creative Suite Collection and the latest Final Cut Studio Pro for editing. Graphics are created in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, and a variety of graphics plug-ins.
A KLAX Account Executive will work with you to determine your advertising goals and target your audience.
Then we write the script and begin the shoot for your commercial.
We video tape your commercial on location or in our studio using a Sony NXCam. Shooting may include lighting effects and techniques, microphones, props, and a video monitor. A commercial shoot typically takes 1 to 3 hours. Your preparation and assistance is greatly appreciated.
Editing takes place in one of our three editing suites. We complete your commercial by layering video, graphics, voice-over, music, and special effects. When editing is completed a YouTube link of your commercial is supplied as proof for your approval and you may share the link with whomever you choose. A watermarked DVD copy is available upon request.
Business or company logos are important for graphics in your commercial. Logos and slogans create an identity and should be consistent with your business sign, printing and other advertising efforts. You should provide a copy of your logo or art work preferably as a computer file on a disk or via e-mail. All logos and graphic files should be a scalable format, e.g. in a non-rasterized, vectorized EPS file. Image size should be 1280 pixels wide by 720 pixels high at 300 dpi resolution. Your print shop may be helpful in this matter.
