CLECO Summoned to PSC to Discuss Potential Sale

The Pineville headquartered utility is the target of a sale that has displeased PSC Commissioner Clyde Holloway.

The meeting is tomorrow morning at nine and can be heard live through LPSC.org.

CLECO’s CEO Bruce Williamson has agreed to appear before the commissioners.

Holloway says he wants to make sure customer services are not being neglected while an imminent sale appears to be on the table.
