Area Public Service Commissioner Clyde Holloway says an administrative law judge will hear testimony about the $5 billion proposal.
The hearings are open to the public, but testimony is limited. A more open hearing will be held before the entire Public Service Commission when it votes up or down on the sale. That’s expected in February.
